My scorpions do not use their stings to kill their prey, do you think something is wrong?

Asian forest scorpions are very similar to emperor scorpions. Both use their claws to kill their prey by crushing it and do not sting their prey. If you're looking for a scorpion that stings its prey, try one of the smaller yellow scorpions, but start out with one of the more harmless species. Desert hairy scorpions and striped bark scorpions are two species found in the U.S. which sting their prey but aren't very dangerous.

Perfectly normal sir. Most scorpions usually just use their strong pedipalps to crush their prey without needing to sting.
